Additional clauses to use with Victorian Public Construction Contracts are available in this restricted access clause bank.
This Clause Bank contains contract clauses that provide additional or alternative contracting positions to those that appear as default positions in the Victorian Public Construction Contracts as they are published on the Department of Treasury and Finance website.
Although use of the clauses will take them into the public domain, it is strongly preferred that they be seen as something Agencies might agree to in particular cases, rather than alternative approaches that might become the norm.
These clauses have been drafted to fit with the terminology used in the applicable Victorian Public Sector contract. If using these clauses in other contract forms you might need to check if the terminology is still appropriate.
