Use this contract

Anyone using this contract must follow the rules of use.

All procurements of VMware products should be sourced through Data#3. However, an authorised VMware reseller may be used in some circumstances. If an authorised reseller is used, that reseller must follow these instructions:

  • the authorised reseller must advise the contract category manager
  • the communication must occur within 14 business days
  • the authorised reseller must include full details of the transaction including agency name, date of sale, product details, quantity sold and sale price
  • agencies can procure products above the VMware Government List Price if the procurement is over $20,000
  • Data#3 can help with VMware Minimum Order Value by consolidating procurement from multiple agencies
