Introducing the Supplier Hub

[Upbeat music plays]

[Text reading “Supplier Hub” appears, surrounded by icons showing different examples of business, such as a person using a laptop, boxes and a computer monitor.]

Introducing Supplier Hub, a central online environment where businesses interested in supplying goods and services to the Victorian Government can self-register their business details and easily outline their service offering to government buyers.

[A graphic of a computer monitor appears. The monitor is surrounded by three people. One is pushing a cart with boxes on it, and the other two are engaged in a conversation.]

[Two icons, reading ‘self-register’ and ‘details’ appear on the monitor. A mouse pointer appears and clicks on the ‘details’ icon.]

You won’t have to register your details in multiple systems with numerous government departments, because Supplier Hub stores your business information in one central place for all buyers to access, reducing duplication and the time it takes you to update your details in multiple places.

[The video zooms out to reveal 6, smaller grey computer monitors circling a large one in the middle. The monitors join together to become one, before expanding back into three monitors, then one.]

[The screen changes to reveal a summary of the text being spoken. Animated icons of a cloud, ID card, two document folders and two message symbols appear one-by-one.]

With supplier Hub, businesses can update contact information, manage profile details, upload insurance and accreditation certificates, as well as keep up to date with communications on policy updates and announcements with state purchasing contracts and registers.

[A graphic of a computer monitor reappears.]

[On-screen text: register as a supplier with the Victorian Government. Register now.]

[A mouse pointer appears on the monitor and clicks on ‘Register now’.]

Registration is open right now and takes less than 15 minutes.

[The Victorian logo appears on a white background with a buying.vic.gov.au link underneath it.]
