The Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) may request Departments seek VGPB accreditation.
VGPB Accreditation is where a new Department prepares a submission for the VGPB demonstrating the alignment of its policies and strategies to the VGPB policy framework. Accreditation is maintained through participation in the VGPB audit program.
Agencies in the VGPB expansion do not need to go through accreditation but must align their policies and processes with the goods and services policies.
