Marketing services register for suppliers

Suppliers must complete steps 1 and 2 of the onboarding guide before they can apply for the Marketing Services

Register. Only one account can be created for each business.

1. Create a Supplier Hub account.
2. A 3-step onboarding account will appear when a supplier first logs in to Supplier Hub. Step 1 (activate your profile) requires suppliers to provide information about their business, addresses and users. Once completed, submit the profile for review. Once step 1 has been completed, ‘Active supplier profile’ will appear in their Supplier Hub dashboard, and step 2 (update the details) will become available.
3. To complete step 2, suppliers must provide their Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate number or application number. Suppliers will also need to provide valid insurance certificates that meet the below minimum requirements:
   a. Public Liability Insurance of $500,000 per claim.
   b. Professional Indemnity Insurance of $250,000 per claim.

Once all above requirements are complete, step 3 of the onboarding guide, ‘SPCs and registers’ will become available

1. Log in to Supplier Hub.
2. From the dashboard, click on the ‘Request SPC or register access’ link under step 3 of the onboarding guide. Alternatively, click on ‘View of contracts and registers’ under the quick access links.
3. Review the terms and conditions for membership to this register and begin the application.
4. Answer the questions in the financial viability and previous registration sections.
5. Select all service categories that the business provides.
6. Provide previous experience. Businesses can use experience provided earlier as part of the onboarding process or select new experience. Each experience must be linked to one or more service categories. Each category must have an experience record linked.
7. Fill in the rate card. This must cover all services that the business provides. This can only be updated once a year. Each service must have an hourly and daily rate.
8. Submit the application

Suppliers will receive a confirmation email once their application has been approved, and an ‘MSR active’ bubble will appear in their contracts and registers page on Supplier Hub.
