Use this contract

Anyone using this contract must follow the rules of use:

Step 1. Find the supplier for the services you need

Each supplier specialises in one or more areas. Choose the right supplier for the services you need.

Step 2. Complete a participation form

Complete one form for each supplier you use. A participation form is not a financial obligation and doesn’t commit you to using any services.

Send the finished participation form to both the supplier and the category manager.

Step 3. Sign the updated form

When the supplier and the category manager have approved the participation form, you need to sign the form again. This time the form will have a contract number.

Email the signed form to the supplier. They’ll send back a draft purchase order to the category manager.

Step 4. Sign the purchase order

Once the purchase order is approved by the category manager, sign the purchase order and send it to the supplier.
