Use this contract

Step 1. Find the supplier for the services you need

Each supplier specialises in one or more areas. Choose the right supplier for the services you need.

Step 2. Complete a participation form

Complete one form for each supplier you use. A participation form is not a financial obligation and doesn’t commit you to using any services.

Send the finalised draft participation form to the Contract Officer.

Step 3. Sign the updated form

When the supplier and Contract Officer have approved the participation form, you need to sign the form again. This time the form will have a contract number. A Participation Form number will be assigned to the drafted participation form. Once received, the supplier may proceed.

Email the signed form to the supplier. They’ll send back a draft purchase order to the Contract Officer.

Step 4. Sign the purchase order

Once the purchase order is approved by the Contract Officer, sign the purchase order and send it to the supplier.

Send the signed Participation Form to the Contract Officer for Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) records. A purchase order can be raised under the Participation Form. The finalised draft purchase order must be sent to the Contract Officer for validation. Once validated, the signed purchase order must be sent to DPC.
